Role Description We’re looking for an experienced freelance graphic designer to partner with us over the next 2 weeks to bring our brand to life in a clear, consistent, and commercially impactful way. We’ve already done the strategic heavy lifting - including our purpose, vision, values, narrative, and positioning. We’ve also begun applying this across our decks and content. Now we need a designer to elevate, refine, and unify everything into a polished, professional system we can scale.
Scope of Work You’ll work closely with us to refine and deliver:
- Brand Guidelines (Refinement & Codification)
- Typography system (font pairings, hierarchy, weightings)
- Colour palette (primary, secondary, usage rules)
- Layout principles and spacing systems
- Image style and visual direction
- Consistency rules across formats (web, decks, social)
- Sales / Creds Deck Template
- Clean, high-impact Canva template
- Layout systems for key slides (intro, proposition, case studies, testimonials, etc.)
- Visual storytelling approach aligned to our positioning
- How best to use images
- Guidance on how to present testimonials and proof points
- Social Media Design System (Primarily LinkedIn)
- Post templates (insight-led, thought leadership, case studies)
- Consistent visual identity for content
- Flexible system we can use in-house
