Freelance Fa ade Manager

Project: High-Rise Residential Project (12 Months)

We are seeking an experienced Fa ade Manager to join a Tier 1 contractor for an exciting 12-month project in Manchester. You will play a pivotal role in managing the entire fa ade package for the construction of three high-rise apartment blocks, ensuring high-quality delivery and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Full management of the fa ade package including:
o SFS (Steel Framing Systems)
o Windows
o Brickwork
o Cladding
o Terracotta glazed tiles
Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure all works are completed on time
Ensure quality, standards and budget are being met
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Site Engineer t
Ensure seamless integration of the fa ade works with other project activities.
Oversee quality control, health & safety and compliance
Ensure that all fa ade installations meet both client and regulatory requirements.
Monitor progress, resolve any issues that may arise, and provide regular reports

Requirements:
Proven experience managing fa ade packages, on high-rise residential projects.
Strong technical knowledge of SFS, brickwork, windows, cladding, and terracotta tiles.
Ability to lead and coordinate subcontractors efficiently and effectively.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid are essential for the role
