Freelance Drylining Site Manager – Oxford – Long-Term Project

An opportunity has arisen for a Freelance Drylining Site Manager to join a well-established subcontractor delivering a £19M design and build life science and laboratory scheme in Oxford. This role offers over two years of continuous work on a flagship project.

The successful Drylining Site Manager will be responsible for leading site operations, ensuring the project runs efficiently, safely, and in line with programme expectations. This position would suit a hands-on Site Manager who is confident managing drylining packages on large, complex builds.

Duties will include:

  • Managing all drylining works on site as the Site Manager
  • Supervising operatives and coordinating subcontractors
  • Maintaining high health and safety standards across the project
  • Working closely with the main contractor and project stakeholders
  • Monitoring progress and ensuring delivery to programme and quality targets
