Summary: The Senior CRM Analyst role within the VML Data team focuses on analyzing customer data to enhance marketing performance and deliver insights that align with client objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, manage, and deliver end-to-end analyses to improve customer experience in marketing.
  • Deliver measurement and effectiveness projects, including dashboard reporting and evaluations.
  • Lead customer projects utilizing statistical techniques for segmentation and modeling.
  • Apply relevant methodologies for measurement and evaluation, recommending improvements.
  • Develop written and verbal reports and presentations with marketing strategy recommendations.
  • Manage and resolve data quality and consistency issues.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on data and analytical methodologies.
  • Present findings to clients and participate in client meetings.
  • Collaborate with strategy and account teams to integrate data work into agency deliverables.
  • Provide leadership and expertise to junior team members, fostering a learning culture.

Key Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience as an analyst in marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in coding languages for analysis, preferably Python and SQL.
  • Experience with platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to develop wireframes and create dashboards.
  • High-level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage workload autonomously in an agency environment.
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills related to performance analysis.
  • Experience with reporting dashboard design and automation using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and Looker Studio.
  • Knowledge of advanced data analysis techniques, including customer segmentation and predictive modeling.
