Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee creative studio workflow and project assignments in collaboration with the creative team
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations or Traffic teams on intake and allocation of all creative work within the studio
  • Planning and communicating priorities including resource and timings forecast
  • Monitor current traffic/operational processes and sharing ideas on how to improve where required

About the job: We have an iconic client, world-renowned for their products and influence, looking for someone to join their team. With offices all over the world and teams spanning in everything from design and engineering to digital technology and marketing, this is an amazing opportunity to join a name anyone would recognise. We're looking for a freelance Creative Service Manager , to join an in-house brand. This position would suit someone who is able to manage creative workloads and project deadlines with the ability to shift and balance priorities based on your overall volume of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee creative studio workflow and project assignments in collaboration with the creative team
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations or Traffic teams on intake and allocation of all creative work within the studio
  • Planning and communicating priorities including resource and timings forecast
  • Monitor current traffic/operational processes and sharing ideas on how to improve where required

Experience and Attributes: A dynamic, adaptable professional with experience in managing the creative process . Someone able to travel into London for a hybrid Comfortable working within IR35 via an umbrella company

Location & Day Rate Central London £300 - £350 per day
