Summary: The role of Freelance Creative Administrator involves managing administrative tasks within a fast-paced internal agency team at a global product design and technology company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up SOWs and POs for contractors and photoshoots
  • Coordinating with creative, marketing, and other relevant teams to manage the intake, processing, and distribution of assets
  • Implementing a comprehensive system for cataloguing and storing creative assets
  • Assisting with asset and image library maintenance
  • Assisting with file collection and distribution for various stakeholders
  • Ensuring timely delivery of assets for marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Tracking project timelines and deliverables, updating stakeholders on progress
