Summary: Scitech-EKIUM is seeking experienced Process Engineers for freelance/contract roles, focusing on front-end, concept, and detailed design within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technically complex projects from concept through to handover.
- Engage in front-end engineering, concept development, and detailed design.
- Ensure compliance with GxP requirements and health & safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Experience in front-end engineering, concept development, and detailed design.
- Strong understanding of GxP requirements.
- Familiarity with process design documentation (PFDs, P&IDs, mass balances, URS).
- Good understanding of CDM regulations and health & safety requirements.

We are seeking experienced Process Engineers to join our team on a freelance/contract basis. We are particularly looking for Process Engineers with experience across front-end, concept, and detailed design, ideally within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical sector. All roles are outside IR35 and require regular site presence in the South East. Candidates must be able to commit to on-site work for durations ranging from 2 to 12 months, depending on project requirements. Competitive all-inclusive rates are on offer.
Desirable Experience:
- Competent across front-end engineering, concept development, and detailed design
- Strong understanding of GxP requirements
- Familiarity with process design documentation (e.g. PFDs, P&IDs, mass balances, URS)
