Summary: BeyondFS is seeking a Freelance Content Marketing Manager to create and promote B2B content for a senior financial services audience. This part-time role involves transforming expertise and client interactions into engaging content across various platforms, including LinkedIn and email. The position requires strong writing skills and the ability to manage multiple content pieces while collaborating with senior stakeholders. The role is hybrid, allowing for remote work with occasional office visits in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and promote compelling B2B content for a senior financial services audience
- Write and edit blogs, articles, LinkedIn posts, emails, event copy and website content
- Interview consultants and subject matter experts to turn their expertise into clear, engaging content
- Support campaigns around BeyondFS’s key propositions, priority markets and live commercial opportunities
- Create practical sales enablement materials, including case studies, proof points, one-page summaries and follow-up assets
- Support event, webinar and roundtable promotion, follow-up and content reuse
- Manage and post content on LinkedIn and other relevant social channels
- Maintain website content and send marketing emails using HubSpot
- Shoot short videos, webinars and simple interview-style content with the BeyondFS team
- Use AI tools intelligently to speed up drafting, editing and repurposing, while ensuring final content is accurate, high-quality and human
Key Skills:
- Excellent writing and editing ability across long-form, short-form, social, email and web content
- Strong understanding of B2B content marketing for senior professional audiences
- Ability to turn technical or specialist subject matter into clear, commercially useful copy
- Confidence interviewing senior consultants and shaping content from rough notes, calls or conversations
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and what works for professional content
- Experience using CMS and email platforms; HubSpot experience would be useful, but similar platform experience is fine
- Working knowledge of design software such as Canva, with the ability to create simple, professional-looking social graphics, event assets and content visuals
- Basic video filming and editing skills, including trimming clips, adding captions and creating social-friendly cutdowns
- Confident use of AI tools to improve productivity without compromising quality, accuracy or tone
- Organised and able to manage multiple pieces of content, campaigns and deadlines at once
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing supports business development outcomes

Personal Attributes And Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a content or digital marketing role in a B2B financial or professional services business
- For example: consultancy, legal, financial services, risk, compliance, regulatory or other specialist B2B services.

Working pattern
This is a freelance, part-time role, working around 2 days / 15 hours a week, with occasional flexibility to increase to 3 days when needed. The role is hybrid. Most work can be done remotely, but you will need to come into our London office 2-3 times a month for collaboration, planning and team events.
