Promoso is a London-based creative marketing studio working across brand strategy, creative direction, content production, social media and performance marketing.

We are looking for confident, professional freelancers to support Promoso during potential client calls, online meetings and in-person presentations.

This is not a receptionist role and it is not simply answering phone calls or reading from a script.

The role is client-facing.

You will represent Promoso in conversations with potential clients, help lead discovery discussions, explain our services and ideas clearly, ask relevant business questions, and support the sales process.

  • Handle basic client questions and objections professionally
  • Take clear notes during meetings
  • Help identify the appropriate next step after a meeting
  • Review client briefs and meeting materials before each session
  • Represent Promoso in a professional and credible way

You will always receive relevant information and a brief before important meetings.

You are not expected to create marketing strategy from scratch during the call.

However, you are expected to study the material provided and understand what you are presenting.

If a client asks something you are not sure about, you should be comfortable saying that you will confirm the answer with the wider team rather than guessing or giving incorrect information.
