Rate: Competitive day rate (Outside IR35)

We are currently recruiting for a freelance Building Surveyor / Project Manager to support a major PFI school handback programme across approximately 20 sites in the Stoke area. This is a site-focused delivery role , ideal for someone confident managing contractors and ensuring high-quality outcomes on the ground. You’ll act as the client-side lead, overseeing project progress without being involved in design or specification – these elements are handled by the local authority’s consultants.
