We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Building Surveyor to support a condition survey programme across a portfolio of schools in the Northeast of England.

Assignment Details:

  • Location: Northeast England
  • Contract: Freelance (Outside IR35)
  • Rate: £300–£350 per day (DOE)
  • Programme Duration: May – June
  • Start Date: May 2026
