- Lead resource planning, including hiring and managing freelancers to meet fluctuating demands
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, 3D development, product development, and sourcing
- Oversee cost control and budgeting within the atelier
- Support key deadlines both locally and during international travel (e.g. Paris shows)
Key Skills:
- A wealth of experience managing ateliers or similar roles within luxury fashion, with strong outerwear and tailoring experience
- Proven leadership and communication skills, thriving under pressure
- Deep technical knowledge of garment construction and sample development
- Experience working closely with creative directors and senior design teams
