Freelance Assessors/Internal Quality Assurers (IQA) for Learner Observations (UK-based)

We are seeking qualified Assessors and Internal Quality Assurers (IQA) to join our team to conduct observations of learners who are enrolled with us in various courses. This role is open to candidates based all over the UK , as our learners are spread across the country. These positions will involve observing learners in their specific areas of study, ensuring that assessments are carried out according to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct observations of learners enrolled in various courses.
• Ensure that the assessments align with the relevant qualifications and standards .
• Provide constructive feedback on learner performance.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism during assessments and observations.
• Complete all documentation and records as per the organizational and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Relevant Assessing and IQA qualifications.
• Experience in assessing and/or verifying vocational qualifications in your field of expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of assessment and verification procedures .
• Strong communication skills to provide feedback to learners.

Work Details:

This role is as-needed and will depend on when learners enroll and are scheduled for assessments. Payment will be agreed upon between both parties based on the nature and number of observations required. We are open to applications from assessors/IQAs across the UK , as our learners are based nationwide.
