Freelance Agile Coach

For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to support a strategic transformation programme within a leading international organisation.

Role
As an Agile Coach within the Agile@Booking programme, you will work closely with Trainers and fellow Coaches to embed agile fundamentals into day-to-day team practices. You will help teams turn training into practical ways of working and drive sustainable improvements across multiple teams in focused twelve-week cycles.

Contract details

Freelance only, starting with 3 months
Location: Amsterdam
Start date: ASAP

Key responsibilities

• Embed the baseline training into daily team practices
• Translate agile principles into practical, measurable improvements
• Define current and target states with teams and leadership
• Set and track clear success metrics throughout engagements
• Document coaching activities and demonstrate impact
• Coach up to three teams in twelve-week transformation cycles
• Strengthen and sustain ways of working beyond the baseline
• Collaborate closely with Trainers and other Agile Coaches
• Contribute to continuous improvement and the coaching community

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach in complex environments
• Strong ability to drive measurable change within set timelines
• Excellent coaching, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in structured transformation programmes
• Ability to work across multiple teams simultaneously
• Background in engineering or product is strongly preferred
