Summary: The role of Freelance Core Agile Coach involves working within a strategic transformation programme to embed agile practices into team operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Embed transformation baseline training into team practices and reinforce agile values, principles, and mindsets.
- Partner with teams and leadership to define current and target conditions, set success metrics, and track progress.
- Document and evidence coaching impact against agreed metrics.
- Guide teams through 12-week transformation cycles and advance capabilities beyond the baseline.
- Collaborate with trainers and internal agile coaches to ensure continuity between training and coaching.
- Contribute actively to the coaching community, sharing insights and aligning approaches.
Key Skills:
- 3-5 years of agile coaching experience or equivalent background in Product, Engineering, or Delivery roles.
- Proven ability to create and implement coaching plans, run root cause analysis, and drive sustainable behavioural change.
- Experience delivering engaging training sessions using "Training from the Back of the Room" techniques.
- Proficiency with facilitation methods such as Liberating Structures.
- Strong understanding of agile values, principles, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Exceptional facilitation, training, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Background in Product and Engineering is highly advantageous.
