Freelance Account Director

Summary: The Freelance Account Director at One Legacy will spearhead the establishment of the account management department, focusing on enhancing elite athletes' personal brands through digital strategy and brand partnerships. This role involves direct collaboration with athletes, agents, and brands to leverage social media and emerging technologies for brand development and monetization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sports marketing and relationship management, contributing to the company's growth and innovation in athlete branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Athlete Brand Development: Work with athletes and their representatives to craft a unique brand narrative and digital presence. Managing end to end delivery, with best in class client servicing.
• Partnership and Sponsorship Delivery: Collaborate with brands, agencies, and investors to create authentic partnerships that align with athletes’ values and career aspirations.
• Oversee Content Creative and Production: Ensure the execution of social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and digital activation.
• Industry Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key players in the sports, entertainment, and tech industries to uncover new opportunities for clients.
• Account Management Team Development: As the first department hire would you would be responsible for processes, time management and setting the criteria for building a team as we grow.
