Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 3D animations for film, television, and digital media.
- Model, rig, and animate characters, props, and environments with precision and creativity.
- Collaborate closely with the Art Director and production team to maintain a consistent visual style and tone.
- Optimise assets for real-time rendering engines (Unreal Engine, Unity, etc.) when required.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and maintain a smooth, efficient workflow across the animation pipeline.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in 3D animation and motion design (showreel or portfolio required).
- Proficiency with Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent 3D software.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with rendering, lighting, and compositing techniques.
- Knowledge of real-time rendering pipelines is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
