Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted HR partner to Partners and senior stakeholders
- Deliver the end-to-end HRBP strategy across Germany, Switzerland and Poland
- Advise on employee relations, performance, engagement and change
- Partner with COEs including Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Reward and Shared Services
- Support newer offices and coordination functions across Poland
- Travel periodically across European sites
Key Skills:
- Proven Senior HR Manager / HRBP experience
- Background in professional services, legal or financial services
- Strong European HR experience within a matrixed organisation
- Comfortable working with partnership models and senior stakeholders
- Pragmatic, flexible and solutions-focused
- Confident, engaging personality with the credibility to influence
- German language skills are preferred but not essential.

Oakleaf Partnership are supporting a global professional services firm to appoint a Senior HR Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave. This is a senior HRBP role with responsibility across Germany, Switzerland and Poland, working closely with Partners and senior leaders in a matrixed, international environment.
The role
Reporting to the HR Director, EMEA, you’ll lead the end-to-end HR agenda across your regions, supported by experienced HR Advisors based locally in Frankfurt and Poland. You’ll focus on strategic HR partnership, complex people matters and organisational effectiveness, while local teams manage day-to-day operations and payroll support.
