Summary: Statera Talent is seeking senior Compliance Professionals to partner with a growing Regtech business, focusing on leveraging existing networks to introduce a compelling RegTech product to senior compliance decision-makers. The role emphasizes relationship-building rather than traditional pitching or consulting work, aiming to create warm introductions and facilitate meaningful conversations. Key Responsibilities:
- Making warm introductions to CCOs, Heads of Compliance, MLROs, and senior risk leaders
- Creating the conditions for a meaningful first conversation about the product
- Sharing honest feedback from your network about their needs and reactions
- Offering informal guidance on how the product should be positioned in the market
- Mentioning the product naturally at events or senior gatherings you already attend
- Providing occasional insight on regulatory trends shaping client demand
