Summary: The role of Fractional Head of Finance involves supporting the CEO of an international manufacturing scale-up by overseeing financial operations and contributing to financial strategy. This position is part-time, requiring 2-3 days per month, and is largely remote with occasional travel to London for meetings. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on finance professional with strong technical skills and commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations to ensure accuracy.
• Financial planning and analysis.
• Financial reporting.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Liaise with current internal stakeholders and executive team to develop a budgeting and forecasting model.
• Support CEO with Ad-Hoc Projects.
• Play a key role in strategic decision making and work on a range of both commercial and financial projects.

Key Skills:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified.
• Strong level of communication both written and verbal.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• A willingness to roll up their sleeves and get hands-on within the Start-Up.
• Previous experience in a senior role within an SME.
