Fractional Finance Director | High-Growth Multi-Site Consumer Brand | London | 2 Days per Week

The Opportunity

Zanda is partnering with a fast-growing, creative consumer brand at a pivotal stage of expansion. With established London locations, multi-million-pound revenue, and ambitious plans to scale both its physical footprint and digital offering, the business is seeking a commercially focused Fractional Finance Director to support its next phase of growth. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO and leadership team, providing strategic financial leadership during a period of significant momentum and investment.

The Role

You will lead the finance function and act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, helping to drive performance, scalability, and long-term value creation.

• Owning FP&A, including cashflow forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and financial controls
• Building financial models, KPIs, and performance insights to support strategic decisions
• Supporting fundraising activities, investor engagement, and board reporting
• Providing financial oversight on expansion initiatives and capital investment
• Strengthening financial systems, processes, and controls to support scalable growth
• Partnering closely with senior leadership to guide commercial and operational decisions

The Candidate

You will be an experienced finance leader with strong commercial instincts and the ability to operate effectively in entrepreneurial environments.

Essential experience:

• Finance Director or senior finance leadership experience
• Background in multi-site, consumer-facing businesses (e.g. retail, hospitality, leisure, or related sectors)
• Experience supporting fundraising and investor engagement
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical capability
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Fractional role: 2 days per week

London-based, with periodic in-person engagement
