Summary: The role of Fractional Enterprise Architect involves providing strategic technology alignment and architectural governance across various programmes and projects on a fractional basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and programme objectives.
- Provide architectural oversight and assurance across multiple projects and programmes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, programme managers, and technical teams to ensure architectural coherence and integration.
- Lead the development of target architectures, transition states, and roadmaps.
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and sustainability.
- Support governance processes, including architecture review boards and design assurance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including board-level executives, on technology strategy and innovation.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices.
