Role Overview
They are seeking a dynamic Fractional Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to join their leadership team. This is a strategic Fractional Senior Executive engagement designed to provide senior oversight and drive the professionalization of the risk function. The role involves leading the lending process, advising on new product development, and collaborating directly with external shareholders to support the company’s mission of strong growth and profitability.
Location: Berlin or Europe/ UK (Hybrid / Partial remote work possible).

- The fractional CRO will provide senior independent industry and functional expertise at the Board and operational level:
