The Role

As a Fractional C-Suite Executive at Profici, you will partner with ambitious businesses that need senior strategic expertise but do not require a full-time executive. You will provide hands-on leadership, strategic insight, and operational excellence to help our clients achieve their goals. You will work with multiple clients, tailoring your support to their needs. Whether it’s financial strategy, operational efficiency, technology transformation, marketing growth, or talent development, your expertise will be instrumental in delivering impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and executive oversight in your area of expertise (Finance, Operations, Marketing, Technology, or HR)
• Assess, develop, and implement business strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company’s vision and objectives
• Offer insight and recommendations to improve business performance and mitigate risks
• Lead or support transformational projects, M&A, restructuring, or fundraising activities
• Provide mentorship and leadership coaching to internal teams
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping businesses navigate challenges with confidence

Who You Are

We are looking for seasoned executives who have:

• Proven Leadership: A minimum of 15+ years in a senior executive role (CFO, COO, CMO, CTO, CHRO, or equivalent)
• Strategic Thinker: Strong ability to assess, design, and execute business strategies that deliver measurable results
• Track Record of Success: Demonstrated experience in driving growth, operational improvements, or transformation initiatives
• Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of business drivers, market trends, and financial performance
• Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Flexible and Adaptable: Comfortable working with multiple businesses across different industries
