Summary: The FP&A Project Lead will oversee the review and enhancement of an AI-integrated FP&A solution, ensuring alignment with requirements and addressing any issues identified in the current implementation. This role requires a strong background in FP&A, management accounting, and finance transformation. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence in London 1-2 days per week. The contract is initially for 6 months with the possibility of extension to 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review existing implementation of the AI/integrated FP&A solution.
- Challenge and assess the delivered outcomes against requirements.
- Evaluate model dimensions, reporting outcomes, and data integrity.
- Identify issues and prioritize actions for improvement.
- Plan and manage the way forward for the project.
Key Skills:
- Experience in FP&A (Budgeting, Forecasting, Long-Range Planning).
- Background in Management Accounting and Reporting.
- Strong skills in Business Partnering.
- Experience in finance transformation and project implementation of FP&A solutions.

Our client is implementing an AI/integrated FP&A solution. They are seeking an FP&A Project Lead to review the existing implementation; look at and challenge what has been delivered to date, the fit to requirements, the model (dimensions, reporting outcomes, data, etc) and identify issues, prioritise, plan and manage the way forward. The candidate would need a underlying experience/background in FP&A (Budgeting, Forecasting, Long-Range Planning), Management Accounting, Reporting, Business Partnering along with finance transformation and project implementation of FP&A solutions. Hybrid/London based 1-2 days per week Inside IR35. 6 months (potential for 12 months) Start ASAP
