Want to accelerate your career? Electrify your potential as a FP&A Manager and join the fastest growing motorsport on the planet! About Formula E: Formula E, the world's fastest-growing sport, is redefining motorsport with a bold focus on innovation and sustainability. Hosting over 100 races in iconic cities globally and backed by top manufacturers like Porsche, and Jaguar, we feature elite drivers and cutting-edge EV technology. As the world's first sport certified Net Zero Carbon from inception, Formula E combines thrilling entertainment with a mission to advance sustainable progress, inspiring a global fanbase with our high-performance brand new GEN3 EVO race car capable of 0-60mph in 1.82 seconds (0-100kph in 1.86s). Using the spectacle of sport, we are sending a powerful and meaningful message to help alter perceptions and speed-up the switch to electric mobility. Welcome to the home of Global Electric Street Racing. The Role: Are you an agile finance professional ready to move from the spreadsheets to the pit lane? Formula E is seeking an FP&A Manager to act as the essential "go-between" for Finance and the broader Business. In this role, you aren’t just monitoring a budget; you are a key partner to our central departments and global races, ensuring that as our Championship grows, our financial precision keeps pace. Reporting to the Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be the pulse of our operational finance. You will be responsible for the end-to-end financial health of specific business areas, ensuring that from month-end close to high-level forecasting, every pound is directed toward driving the most innovative racing series on the planet.

Operational Command & Budget Control: You are the guardian of the numbers. You will lead budget controlling and forecasting for allocated departments and races, providing the clarity needed to navigate a complex global season. By ensuring month-end closes are executed on time and with total accuracy, you provide the bedrock for our financial integrity.

Insightful Dashboarding & Analysis: You turn data into direction. Through sophisticated dashboard reporting and comprehensive variance analysis, you will highlight the story behind the actuals. You don’t just report on what happened; you provide the "ad hoc" business cases and analyses that help our leadership understand where we are going next.

Strategic Business Partnering: You are a collaborator at heart. You will work side-by-side with department leads and race promoters, acting as a financial advisor who helps them maximise their resources. As we transition to a new rolling budget process, you will be the primary support system, helping the entire business adapt to a more dynamic way of planning.

What we're looking for in you:

The Detail-Oriented Analyst: You possess a deep understanding of accounting principles and the technical skill to analyse high volumes of financial information at both a transactional and high level. With strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and experience in systems like SAP Business ByDesign or Workday, you have the tools to manage the complexity of a world championship.

The Collaborative Problem Solver: You thrive in a "collaborative culture" and enjoy the energy of a busy, multi-activity office. You are a proactive problem solver who identifies reporting hurdles before they arise. Ideally, you are an at least part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, or ACA) who brings technical accounting rigour to every task.

The Agile Communicator: You are a master at interpreting data and communicating its implications clearly. Whether you are presenting to non-finance partners or coordinating with the core FP&A team, your verbal and written communication is sharp, professional and adaptable to the fast-paced nature of elite motorsport.

The Global Team Player: You possess a high-energy presence and the ability to manage your time effectively in a demanding environment. With a desire to travel internationally when required and the cultural intelligence to support our global race locations, you are ready to play a pivotal role in the future of electric mobility.
