FP&A Manager
An ambitious, growth-focused business is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to provide financial insight, commercial analysis and decision support to senior leaders.
Working closely with the leadership team, the successful candidate will lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting, helping to identify risks, opportunities and actions that drive profitable growth.
They will partner with stakeholders across the business, develop financial models to support decision-making, and lead a small FP&A team.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong FP&A experience, excellent commercial awareness and the ability to turn complex data into clear, practical recommendations.
Strong business partnering, financial modelling and stakeholder management skills are essential.
