FP&A Manager - Contract

Your new company
Hays Accountancy and Finance are working in partnership with a large manufacturing company for the immediate appointment of FP&A Manager.
Your new role
As an FP&A Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering insightful financial analysis, driving performance, and supporting strategic initiatives across the European business. You'll go beyond the numbers - transforming data into actionable insights, influencing key stakeholders, and partnering with business leaders to drive value and impact.

Analysis of information for the group's financial plan including scenario analysis, stress testing and integration of finance and development data into the group's financial modelling software is a pivotal part of the role. We are looking for a strong analyst to excel in this role and adopt our continuous improvement methodology.

You may also find yourself working on other ad hoc projects as required.

What you'll need to succeed
2-5 years PQE - financial planning and analysis experience needed.
