Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business growth
- Business partner across the business to drive performance and process improvement
- Deliver data-driven insights on sales performance and company-wide KPIs
- Drive COGS and inventory analysis for improved profitability
- Conduct pricing reviews
- Implement and improve financial reporting
- Champion process improvement and set up new financial processes
- Oversee month-end duties and collaborate closely with the accounting team
- Oversee P&L control and analysis
- Develop robust financial controls
- Review & implement systems and process improvements
Key Skills:
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA)
- Proven experience in the consumer goods sector
- Strong FP&A expertise
- Experience with COGS, inventory, stock, and supply chain processes
- Track record of driving process improvements
- Excellent financial reporting skills
- Highly commercial mindset

Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll manage core FP&A responsibilities and partner across the business to deliver strategic insights. You'll play a large role within controllership - improving the current reporting, processes, systems.
Your New Role Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business growth
