Summary: The FP&A Analyst role at a prestigious organization in central London involves strategic partnership with various departments to enhance financial performance. The position focuses on generating reports, analyzing trends, and assisting in budget management over a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will collaborate with both finance and non-finance stakeholders to provide insights and support decision-making processes. This role requires a detail-oriented analytical thinker with experience in revenue recognition and accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate weekly sales reports for review by the Senior Management Team.
- Prepare monthly reports along with relevant analysis.
- Calculate and prepare monthly commission figures.
- Compile monthly board-level presentations, including insights on revenue/profit trends, KPI performance, and financial outlook.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports, analyses, and presentations for Management.
- Analyse trends in the P&L proactively to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Assist in managing the annual budget, ensuring adherence to key timelines and high-quality outputs.
- Assist with quarterly reforecast submissions, analysing risks and opportunities and communicating findings effectively.
- Collaborate on ad-hoc projects, working closely with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
