FP&A Accountant – York (12 month FTC) Salary: 60,000 - 65,000 Location: York – Hybrid working available Campbell Grove Talent are partnering with a well established organisation in York to recruit an FP&A Accountant . This opportunity suits a qualified accountant with strong commercial acumen who enjoys business partnering, juggling multiple workstreams, and influencing key decisions. The role: As the FP&A Accountant, you’ll be instrumental in supporting business performance and shaping strategic outcomes. Key responsibilities will include: Owning the budgeting and forecasting cycles Producing in-depth financial analysis to support commercial decision making Managing and supporting multiple projects simultaneously, providing robust financial challenge Partnering closely with non-finance stakeholders to deliver insight and guidance Working collaboratively with sales, operations, and commercial teams to develop recommendations Building business cases and assessing financial feasibility Tracking performance against budget and forecast, identifying risks and opportunities Supporting month end close and delivering insightful MI to senior stakeholders Driving process improvements and streamlining reporting About you: Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) Strong commercial mindset with proven business partnering experience Advanced IT skills and confident financial modelling capability Clear, confident communicator able to influence at all levels Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities Enjoys taking ownership in a fast paced environment Why consider this role: It will give hands on commercial exposure across the business Collaborative and supportive team environment Hybrid working available as well as competitive benefits An excellent opportunity to further develop your commercial and FP&A skill set If this FP&A Accountant role sounds of interest, please contact Emma Dugdale or Lucy Regan at Campbell Grove Talent for a confidential discussion.
