Summary: The role of Founding Growth & Marketing Lead involves spearheading user acquisition and brand awareness for a new on-demand marketplace app that connects retailers with local customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Build and scale acquisition funnels focusing on CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention.
  • Launch referral and ambassador programs to drive organic growth.
  • Run geo-targeted experiments to test and scale city-level acquisition.
  • Develop and execute creative campaigns (digital + IRL) to enhance brand visibility.
  • Partner with influencers, content creators, and local media to build brand credibility.
  • Create compelling messaging and positioning tailored to local audiences.
  • Own social media presence and collaborate with creators/designers for engaging content.
  • Analyze growth metrics, user behavior, and market feedback to inform strategy.
  • Work closely with product and design to optimize onboarding, UX, and engagement flows.
  • Test, iterate, and scale successful strategies while discontinuing ineffective ones.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in user acquisition, growth marketing, or performance marketing for B2C products, preferably in a startup or marketplace setting.
  • Experience in PR, influencer management, or events in the fashion/retail ecosystem.
  • Proven success running campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, or similar platforms.

We’re at the start of our journey and looking for a Growth & Marketing Lead to take the reins on user acquisition and brand awareness. If you're passionate about growth loops, multi-channel campaigns, and building a household name from scratch, this is your chance to join as a founding team member, with meaningful equity upside.

You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy across digital, local, and community-driven channels. You’ll own the full user funnel—from awareness and acquisition to engagement and retention.
