Forescout Network Consultant - Hybrid

Summary: The Forescout Network Consultant role involves providing operational support and management for Forescout NAC within a financial services organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide operational support for Forescout NAC.
• Work as a hands-on NAC network engineer within a network infrastructure team.
• Provide broad operational and project engineering support for enterprise IT networks.
• Assist in design builds including network hardware, IP addressing, and firewall rule-sets.
• Support wired and WiFi LAN environments.
• Work with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and MFA.
• Collaborate with peer infrastructure teams in an Azure cloud hosted environment.
• Engage with global WAN providers and support an international enterprise network.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve cabling, LAN/WAN, routing, WiFi, and firewall issues.
• Maintain knowledge of networking protocols and IT security practices.
• Utilize ServiceNow and LogicMonitor for operational support.
• Work with Microsoft server technologies and virtualization platforms.
• Implement SD-WAN solutions as needed.
• Hold relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CCNA, and CCNP.
