  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
  • Environmental Health qualification.
  • Experience in food safety enforcement within a local authority setting.
  • Available during the day in the week.
  • Previous hybrid working experience (desirable).
  • Familiarity with council procedures and reporting systems (desirable).
