Summary: The FM Engineering Operations Senior Manager leads engineering and facilities operations across multiple sites in the EMEA region, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with client expectations. This role involves strategic planning, technical oversight, and the development of engineering teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. The manager is responsible for maintaining critical engineering infrastructure and fostering professional relationships with clients while achieving key performance indicators. Additionally, the position requires a focus on safety, financial management, and continuous improvement in engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the subject matter expert for engineering services within the region.
- Lead operational delivery of strategic initiatives, including project planning and compliance reporting.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure compliance with CBRE requirements.
- Oversee data collection and insights for inspections, audits, and compliance.
- Develop and improve preventive maintenance and engineering procedures.
- Ensure compliance with life safety programs and environmental regulations.
- Manage P&L at the country level and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide leadership in talent attraction, retention, and staff development.
- Conduct performance appraisals and mentor team members.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety policies across operations.
- Manage change and incident management processes for technical issues.
- Collaborate with project management for seamless capital works handovers.
- Maintain accurate asset data and condition survey information.
- Deliver a critical engineering maintenance regime and ensure compliance with statutory maintenance requirements.

- Time-served Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Manager with relevant qualifications.
- Health & Safety qualification (IOSH minimum or NEBOSH preferred).
- Strong financial knowledge and ability to manage budgets.
- Expert level analytical skills for strategic solutions development.
