Summary: The FM Engineering Operations Senior Manager leads engineering and facilities operations across multiple sites in the EMEA region, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with client expectations. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the subject matter expert for engineering services within the region.
• Lead operational delivery of strategic initiatives, including project planning and compliance reporting.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure compliance with CBRE requirements.
• Oversee data collection and insights for inspections, audits, and compliance.
• Develop and improve preventive maintenance and engineering procedures.
• Ensure compliance with life safety programs and environmental regulations.
• Manage P&L at the country level and identify cost-saving opportunities.
