Summary: The Fluid Systems Engineering Service position at NUVIA UK involves supporting the Fluid Systems team in system design, integration, and documentation for mechanical and thermos-hydraulic designs. The position is hybrid, requiring three days in the office and two days remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- System design and integration into overall HPC design.
- Produce, review, and update system documentation for mechanical and thermos-hydraulic design.
- Perform analysis for defining I&C functional requirements and produce I&C logic documentation.
- Size components and perform thermal-hydraulic calculations and modeling.
- Support procurement teams in formulating technical specifications and documentation.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure product delivery meets all requirements.
- Contribute to process improvement and quality initiatives.
- Participate in experience sharing activities within the discipline.
Key Skills:
- Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- 5+ years of experience in process engineering.
- Relevant experience in the nuclear industry.
- Ability to manage workload and produce high-quality documents.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Proactive in developing working relationships and improving engineering quality.
