Summary: The role of Fluid Mechanical Design Engineer at Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Filton involves leading a team through the detailed design, build, and commissioning phases of a test rig project. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in completing the detailed design phase and passing CDR (critical design review).
• Develop and implement the build plan.
• Lead the Verification and Validation of the built test rig and ensure entry into service.
• Co-ordinate technical activities within the team ensuring correct prioritisation of topics.
• Support the team in their day-to-day activities to overcome any technical challenges.
