Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal/external communications, maintain client contact details, schedule meetings and calls, and provide phone cover for senior bankers.
- Proactively maintain calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and act as gatekeeper for VP-level diaries.
- Book and coordinate travel, process expenses via Concur, prepare itineraries, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Maintain client records, assist with events, and handle ad hoc tasks such as ordering business cards or project support.
- Provide phone and administrative support to colleagues during absences, ensuring smooth team operations.
