Flight Data Analyst

Summary: The Flight Data Analyst role based in Carterton, Oxfordshire, involves entering and managing flight data within the MDS system as part of a long-term program. The position requires attention to detail and teamwork, with responsibilities including data entry, report generation, and support for live flight events. Candidates must hold or have held high-level security clearance due to the nature of the work. This is a 24-month contract with on-call responsibilities during evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter retrospective data on MDS, including closing work orders and entering SRPs date and time as signed off by engineers.
• Create and close logbook entries, open ADFs and/or OOPs, and input flight ground test data.
• Defer logbook entry work orders and introduce servicing reports into the MDS system.
• Perform equipment transactions and send weekly reports to Part 145 with the maintenance plan.
• Report and escalate any system issues to relevant individuals.
• Conduct general administration tasks and support essential maintenance activities for live flight events, including on-call responsibilities during evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, in a 24/7 rolling rota.
