Summary: The Fleet, Training, and Compliance Coordinator role is a part-time position within the Capital, Maintenance, and Inspection (CMI) team, focusing on training, fleet management, and compliance oversight. The coordinator will ensure accurate record-keeping, drive productivity, and support compliance initiatives while collaborating with managers and external partners. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with a commitment to safety and service excellence. The position offers flexible working options and is based in an office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee training, fleet, and plant management within the CMI team.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records for fleet and equipment compliance activities.
- Support CMI Managers in achieving team objectives and driving productivity.
- Coordinate external training for over 500 colleagues and ensure internal training aligns with compliance requirements.
- Prioritize internal customer needs and deliver exceptional service performance.
- Collaborate with CMI Managers and SSE Fleet Services for operational excellence.
- Analyze missed targets, implement corrective actions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
