Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain central Fleet and plant for FM Business
- Maintain central Fleet and plant Databases for FM Business
- Monitor MOT renewal/expiry dates, Service dates, calibration and repairs
- Support Operations Teams and Technical manager with information required for renewal/compliance processes
- Take ownership and organize fleet/plant and test equipment information
- Ensure Fleet and Plant requirements are reflected in the CAFM system
Key Skills:
- Knowledge and experience of Fleet and Plant Administration
- Knowledge and experience of Training administration
- Minimum of four years’ administration experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well within a team and self-deliver routine mini project-based tasks

This is a full-time, temporary position covering Maternity. Our team of engineers, operations staff, project managers and compliance specialists are trained to start with our clients’ individual needs and work outwards from there. Our experts have extensive experience of advising and leading FM contracts and projects in both the public and private sectors and across industries. Responsibilities:
- Maintain central Fleet and plant for FM Business
- Maintain central Fleet and plant Databases for FM Business
- Monitor MOT renewal / expiry dates, Service dates, calibration and repairs. and support Operations Teams and Technical manager with any information required to assist renewal/compliance processes.
- Take ownership and Organise fleet/ plant and test equipment information, ensuring these are maintained in date and form part of robust over-arching policy and procedure.
