Summary: The Fleet Administrator role based in Southampton involves supporting the workshop and management team in the commissioning and decommissioning of ambulances and blue-light vehicles. The position requires efficient handling of administrative tasks, including paperwork and communication, while working autonomously and managing multiple projects. The ideal candidate should have administrative experience, particularly in the fleet or automotive sector, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the workshop and management team with administrative tasks.
- Ensure all paperwork is correctly completed and filed.
- Handle calls and manage workshop administration.
- Work autonomously and manage workload effectively with minimal supervision.
- Assist with multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Skills:
- Administrative experience, preferably in the fleet or automotive sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Comfortable answering phone calls and handling workshop administration.
- Able to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Available immediately for a Monday-Friday, days-based role.
- Willing to be paid via a third-party Umbrella/Payroll company.
