Key Responsibilities:

• Provide anaesthetic services across a range of specialties including trauma, elective surgery, and regional anaesthesia.
• Participate in the expanding regional anaesthesia service supporting trauma and plastic surgery.
• Engage in clinical activities at various centres including the Colorectal Centre and Bristol Urology Institute.
• Contribute to the Major Trauma Centre and participate in the Stroke Thrombectomy Service.
• Involve in teaching and training of medical undergraduates and postgraduates.
• Participate in clinical audits and research initiatives.
• Maintain effective communication with patients, colleagues, and staff at all levels.

Key Skills:

• Full registration with the GMC and a CCT in Anaesthesia or nearing completion.
• Recent experience and familiarity with UK hospital systems and practices.
• Minimum of 6 years postgraduate experience, including 3 years as a registrar.
• Proven teaching ability and willingness to teach medical students and trainees.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to lead a team.
