Summary: The First Team Kit Assistant at West Ham United will play a crucial role in ensuring that the squad is match-ready by managing and preparing training and matchday kits. Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing training and matchday kits clean, pressed, folded, and ready to go
- Managing kit stock levels, ordering supplies, and keeping accurate records
- Printing training and match kit in line with Premier League, EFL, and UEFA regulations
- Supporting home and away fixtures, including travel and occasional overnight stays
- Maintaining a tidy and organised kit room, laundry area, and working environment
- Communicating daily with coaches and staff regarding kit requirements
- Ensuring all training equipment is clean, functional, and well maintained, reporting any issues to the Kit Manager
- Working 5 days out of 7 to support the smooth running of the department
