Key Responsibilities:

  • Printing training and match kit in line with Premier League, EFL, and UEFA regulations
  • Supporting home and away fixtures, including travel and occasional overnight stays
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised kit room, laundry area, and working environment
  • Communicating daily with coaches and staff regarding kit requirements
  • Ensuring all training equipment is clean, functional, and well maintained, reporting any issues to the Kit Manager
  • Working 5 days out of 7 to support the smooth running of the department

WERE RECRUITING: 1ST TEAM KIT ASSISTANT

Location: Rush Green Training Ground

Contract: Full-time

Hours: 37.5 per week

Working Pattern: 5 days across a 7-day week (including evenings and weekends, depending on schedule)

Salary: TBC

Requirements: Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)

Travel: Home & away fixtures, including overnight stays

Expenses: Paid within agreed limits (discussed at interview stage)
