First Line Manager - Account & Project Support
Pay Rate: £34,000
Grade: M
Contract Type: 12 Month FTC/Secondment (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 08:30AM to 16:30PM

We're now looking for a First Line Manager, Account and Project Support!
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Provide high quality project and account support for the CT team and across the wider network, working independantly to successfully deliver on the CT objectives and management of new initatives through effective project support from scoping through to implementation of new processes to steady state
- Be responsible for customer and stakeholder engagement and management to drive the best results within CI, Engagement and new Projects
- Business Partnering with Planning and Finance CoE teams for Purchasing and Billing
- Smooth operation of financial processes between the Planning, Customs and Finance functions.
- Project management, scoping, implementation of new DHL intiiatives.
this Role Would Suit People Who
- Experience in Administrative roles, ideally within a multi-location set up.
- Experience in Customer Services, ideally with a Retail customer
- Experience in management or project roles, ideally in a fast paced environment.
- Customer relationship/service experience
- Previous management experience required
- IT literate, With Microsoft office packages, Excel
