Summary: The Firewall & Network Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Crawley, requiring expertise in Fortigate Firewalls, zScaler, and Aruba solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and deployment of Fortigate Firewalls, zScaler, and Aruba solutions.
- Integration and configuration of technical setups.
- Routing, switching, and management of Firewall rules.
- Providing BAU support at systems admin/system engineer level.
- Collaboration with the infrastructure services team on project-based tasks.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer / Firewall Engineer.
- Strong background in Fortinet / Fortigate Firewalls installation, configuration, and support.
- Experience with Aruba solutions.
- Familiarity with zScaler is ideal.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salary (Rate): £500.00 daily

Firewall & Network Engineer Crawley based (full time on site) £450 – 500 / day Firewall & Network Engineer, with strong background in the installation and deployment of Fortigate Firewalls, zScaler and Aruba solutions, is required for a leading technology company for an initial 6 month contract, based in Crawley. This role will be inside IR35 paying from £450 - £500/day. Firewall & Network Engineer Based in Crawley, West Sussex (full time on site) Start ASAP Initial 6 month + contract £450 - £500/day (Limited / Umbrella Company) This position is working inside IR35. Working within the infrastructure services team for a leading technology company, the Firewall & Network Engineer will be responsible for helping with the transition to a new technical environment. It will be a highly project based role with the installation and deployments along with the integration and configuration of the technical setup of Fortigate Firewalls, as well as Aruba wireless solutions. In addition, the Firewall & Network Engineer will be responsible for the routing, switching and Firewall rules etc.
Required Skills: - Excellent & proven experience as a Network Engineer / Firewall Engineer - Excellent BAU support experience at systems admin / systems engineer level - Strong experience with Fortinet / Fortigate Firewalls - installation, configuration & support - Strong experience in Aruba - Ideally strong experience of zscaler - Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience This position would suit a Firewall & Network Engineer / Firewall Engineer / Systems Administrator / Systems Admin / Infrastructure Engineer / Systems Engineer, who has strong experience of installation and deployment of Fortigate Firewalls, zScaler and Aruba solutions.
