Finishing Manager required by leading residential developer on the finishing of apartments in Barking & Dagenham.
Company Overview: Our client is a leading residential developer working on a large project in Dagenham to deliver both affordable housing and private sale units. They pride themselves on the quality of their end product and customer satisfaction
Project: My client has 2 blocks totaling 180 apartments, currently completing wet trades and are now recruiting a Finishes Manager to take the project from wet trades through snagging to handover.
Position: We require a Finishing Manager to drive snagging to handover, reporting to a Block Manager.
Individual: The successful individual will have previous experience driving internal trades on residential apartments
Our client is seeking a confident and driven candidate who can self-motivate and take pride in their project.
In return, my client is offering a minimum of 6 months’ work which could become 18 months.
