Key Responsibilities:

• Take control of all finishing works – internals, externals, and communal areas
• Manage subcontractors and drive works to meet programme deadlines
• Oversee snagging, de-snagging, and ensure all units are handed over to a high standard
• Maintain strong site presence and enforce H&S compliance
• Liaise with site and project teams to keep delivery on track
• Push quality across the board — no shortcuts

Key Skills:

• Proven track record as a Finishing Manager on large residential/tower block schemes
• Strong leadership with the confidence to hold trades accountable
• Detail-oriented and deadline-focused
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred but not essential)
• Immediate availability
