Summary: The Finishing Manager will oversee and manage all finishing works on a major Grade II listed redevelopment project in Bristol. This role requires strong technical knowledge and experience in managing finishes on heritage or complex refurbishment projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality implementation and timely delivery of the project. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all finishing works on-site to the highest standard.
• Interpret and interrogate technical design drawings with confidence.
• Collaborate with site and design teams to ensure accurate implementation of detailed drawings and coordination packages.
• Identify and resolve technical queries and discrepancies on site.
• Monitor and report progress, maintaining quality control and ensuring timely delivery of finishing works.
