  • Monitoring and controlling health & safety at the workplace.
  • Ensuring safety requirements are strictly followed and implemented onto the team's culture.

Finishing Foreman - Luxury Hotel Fit Out- Central London•£240 - £260 pd (CIS)• Monday 7th July 2025• Contract 3 months +A London fit out contractor requires a suitably experienced Finishing Foreman for a a luxurious hotel Central London.You would form part of an existing and dynamic team, which will be expected to successfully deliver this £50m project which includes 120 guest rooms, restaurant, treatment rooms and health spa by October 2025.

You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinating internal trades activity and site team works.
  • Performing inspections, issuing snag lists, void closures
  • Issuing two weeks ahead work program for trades involved inoperational activities, with dates for completion.
  • Carrying whiteboard DABS meetings in the morning to review progress, align works, discuss issues, and form action plan.
  • Attending coordination, planning, HSE, and design meetings.
